Mahindra Logisoft - Workflow Management

The application is capable of automating workflow and tracking tasks based on defined rules in any organization.

It has a Web Interface, is built on an open architecture and makes use of XML for integration with existing / proprietary software. The flow can be set individually for different types of tasks based on roles, rules and parameters associated with them. It can track automated and non-automated execution of tasks. Detailed Reporting and Notification are built into the system. The system maintains a log of all the transactions in the system for tracking and auditing.

A facility to put a task on hold is also provided. The application is transparent to the end user and requires minimal customization for integration into current applications as it works behind the scene for tracking workflow in any organization. It can be integrated with enterprise wide applications.

Technology used
Microsoft Technologies were used to develop this Workflow Application. It requires Win 2K, IIS, and SQL Server 2000 to run, but it can integrate to any other software on any hardware since it uses XML for transferring Data between itself and existing application. ASP, XML, XSL, COM and SQL Server 2000 on Windows 2000 Server box were used to develop this application.
