Durga Das - President
Durga is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. She has been involved with a number of successful companies namely NetScaler as a director business development / channel sales (acquired by CITRIX), Innova Solution as a co-founder (acquired by NESS), Innasite as a founder, Indigo (acquired BY SSI/ NASDAQ).
Previously Durga founded and ran an advertising agency for 7 years, during which time she built one of the first models of targeted advertising focusing on the large rural population in India. She started her entrepreneurial ventures at the age of 15 whilst still in school. Durga brings strong operational and driven sales skills to all ventures she participates in.
Durga is a keen sportsman and has played competitive golf and cricket for many years. She has a liberal arts degree majoring in fine arts.
Jayam Krishna Kumar - CEO (India)
Mr. Jayam Krishna Kumar started his career as Application Engineer in 1978, was fortunate to be part of IT industry since 1982. His foundation periods in IT gained him thorough knowledge of Application Engineering Software for various enterprises in India and abroad which, helped him to pivot such knowledge to develop, lead and implement successfully large scale IT projects as VP of Razco Group and as GM of Pinnacle Software Systems in the last 16 years. He has successfully hired and managed teams to develop finest IT solutions for domestic and overseas clients. His strengths in requirement understandings, customer relationship and team management have always won him privileged repeat businesses from Govt. and many reputed private enterprises. All his comprehensive IT Projects and Products, implemented from concept to completion, are seeded with elements that ensure smooth and continuous long term life cycles which were the key factors for winning prestigious clients and projects. In addition to the IT Industry, he has headed Engineering production companies and as key manager has executed various engineering projects in India and abroad. He obtained Bachelorate in Physics from Madras University and pursued his quest for engineering through Institute of Engineers (AMIE). He honed his Management desires with a Post Graduation (Diploma) in Business Management from Chetna College – Bombay and a Diploma in Foreign Trade from IIFT - Bangalore. He has been a contributing member in ISLE, Optical Society of India and IES – North America.

Geoffrey Clapp
Mr. Geoffrey Clapp is a well-respected personality in the Health Care Services space. Mr. Clapp is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Health Hero Network, embodied in his key role of organizational strategy and technical direction. Mr. Clapp has extensive experience creating new products and services in "real-world" environments, resulting in many new business opportunities.
He has served Health Hero in several management positions, with business responsibilities in engineering, sales, project management, and operations across an international marketplace. Among his operational duties, Mr. Clapp has led the development of Health Hero's award-winning scripted communication and patient monitoring platform. Before joining Health Hero Network, he most recently held leadership positions at Kodak Imagination Works and Apple Computer. Mr. Clapp holds degrees in Cognitive Psychology and Computer Science from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. 
Sharad Sanghi
Mr. Sharad Sanghi has been involved in setting up large TCP/IP based networks and provisioning Internet services from 1990. Sharad worked for the Unified Network Management Architecture Group at AT&T Bell Labs followed by the Backbone Engineering Group for the NSFNET Advanced Network and Services, New York. Thereafter, he consulted to Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust in designing and deploying wide area networks.
Sharad was part of the Router Systems Engineering at IBM Global Network (Advantis) till August 1995. He has advised and provided independent technical consultancy services to various enterprises including VSNL, Reliance, Bay Networks, Digital, Datacraft, Calisys, Eicher, ICICI Bank and Indusind Bank. Sharad is the Chief Executive Officer at Netmagic which he founded in 1998. Sharad is a BSEE from IIT Bombay and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University New York.
Sashi Chimala
Sashi is an Entrepreneur, Angel Investor and Advisor with special focus on Technology, E-Commerce and Retail initiatives and has served in several capacities: Founder, Board Member, CEO, Business Development, and Sales. As an entrepreneur, Sashi has raised institutional financing, grown businesses, down-sized businesses, and sold businesses for 7-figure exits.
Sashi's accomplishments include:
• Co-Founder & CEO, Indigo Technologies based in Cupertino CA, specialized in Banking and Securities technologies and IT services. Indigo developed TESA, a securities automation software that powered several stock exchanges in Asia. At Indigo, Sashi successfully negotiated and completed acquisition of minority stake by Tandem Computers (later acquired by Compaq, now part of HP) in Indigo.
• Founding Member, Covansys (Formerly CBSI Inc.) As one of the founding members of this pioneering and successful IT services company, assisted the Founder in starting the company. Later joined him to set up West coast operations.
• As the Founder of Qwiky's Coffee, an innovative retail initiative, Sashi is hailed by press and media in India as the 'one who started the coffee revolution in India". Based on Qwiky's success, Sashi was invited by a $16 billion Asian company to conceive, develop, set-up and operate a large retail business.
Bharath Vakharia
Mr. Bharath Vakharia – Consultant and professional trainer with substantial achievements on ISO, TQM, Six Sigma deployments for large enterprises. A regular visiting / guest lecturer in premium institute such as IIT, VJTI etc., Bharath comes with about 34 years of domestic and international management experience in engineering and IT segments. He is a B.E Graduate from Mumbai University and is a Post Graduate from IIM.
