This statement discloses the privacy practices for Innasite Inc ("Innasite") and its associated website (http://www.Innasite.com). As part of the normal operation of these sites, we collect and, in some cases, disclose information about you. This privacy policy describes the information we collect about you and what may happen to that information.

We may ask for specific personally Identifiable Information about you when you sign up for a Innasite service and when you register for the use of the Intellect framework. For example, we will ask for contact and billing information, super-user account information, system information, etc. We may also ask you for information about your interests, preferences and future needs, so that we can improve our services. If you have signed an Innasite Services Agreement, you may request access to your account and information related thereto. As part of the process of giving you access to your account, we may request information that identifies you as a customer, such as your password and/or login information. Innasite's software encrypts all such customer-identifying information provided to us. We recommend that you not divulge your password to anyone, since you are responsible for any activities undertaken through the use of your password access, whether by you or by someone else. We may use a "cookie" to enable you to navigate through the restricted area. In order to improve our site, we use cookies to track your visit and to facilitate your movements within our site. A cookie is small amount of data that is stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive.

When you visit the Innasite website (http://www.Innasite.com) and engage in certain activities, Innasite may request certain personally identifying information about you. For example, when you request information about Innasite services, Innasite may ask you to provide certain information about yourself such as your name, address and company information. Innasite may use this information to respond to your request, and keep you informed about new or existing service availability or improvements, special offers, and other information about Innasite services. Innasite may monitor and aggregate visitor traffic pattern data, and may use and disclose such aggregate information to third parties to help develop the design and layout of the web site, and for other business reasons. This aggregated information does not personally identify you.

We use state-of-the-art, commercially available technology to protect against unauthorized access to any Personally Identifiable Information that is stored electronically by Innasite.

Innasite may disclose personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to prevent injury or property damage. We will usually attempt to notify you when we are making such a disclosure, but we may not do so in an emergency, or when law or court order from giving such notice prohibits us.
