of the company was brought online and a commerce-enabled
Extranet allows dealers sales to the end customers. A host
of value-added services were built to encourage traffic.
The
web application enables its existing customers to identify
a spare part of a specific machine that they own for placing
an order. Using simple graphical drill-down through assemblies
and subassemblies on the basis of machine serial number,
any customer can find the exact spare part.

portal features a complete integrated content management
tool which can be used to update the Spares Database with
new models, machines, spare parts and customer information.
