Medseek needed a centralized client data repository to maintain information relating to its numerous clients. Innasite was chosen as Medseek’s strategic offshore Partner to develop this pilot internal MIS project.

Innasite developed the Master Client Index system application for Medseek in record time. The centralized client data repository was created to improve the efficiency of the internal stakeholders. The MCI system allows users with different access rights to access and edit the details of clients in the system, which include the Clients, Contacts, Licenses, Contracts, Facilities, Products, Projects, Sites and Support. A search facility is provided for clients/contacts or any other detail that should be viewed or modified.
